Highly recommend!! This place has the most unique and tasty chai I’ve ever had. You can ask for samples (which I recommend) and they give you little cups with a good amount of the drink to try. The BBQ kati wrap was delicious. Just enough sauce so that it wasn’t leaking out and making a mess everywhere (which I love). It was flakey and super filling. There are two public restrooms in the back that are decent. The tables were clean and the vibes were serene. They have an area for a little photo op which is too cute. The staff members were all super kind. I asked for recommendations on what chai I should get and he did not let me down. The bonbon and rodeo are MOUTHWATERING and so good. There’s outdoor seating available during the warm months and plenty of indoor seating. This business hosts game nights as well so I recommend checking out their instagram!

I ordered chai Samosa‘s and a paneer chutney wrap from DoorDash. The food was absolutely amazing. The chai was actually like chai not the stuff that we get at coffee shops. The paneer wrap was a little small, but it was very tasty. Small but might, as some may say. I haven’t actually been to the restaurant, so I don’t know anything about the service or the atmosphere there, but it looks quite lovely based on the pictures. Really wishing this place well cause the food and the beverage that I consumed was absolutely amazing. Will definitely be a frequent Consumer of their food and beverages. They have a few different options for Chai just to specify. I had the Kadak chai, And I had them add Saffron and cinnamon powder Just for a sample to see how It is. But now venture out and try the amor chai and some of the other flavors that they have. Very excited for this place.

Service couldn't be friendlier, and I appreciated the recommendations for my first visit. I am looking forward to coming back already to try the other sandwiches and chais and maybe get a little grading done too. It's fairly quiet here, with people working on computers at a few tables, two younger kids playing checkers at a table next to their parents who are enjoying some quiet time together, and a couple on a date. I tried the Karak chai, as well as the amore chai latte and the seasonal peppermint mocha chai latte, which is my favorite of the three (but they're ALL great). They're smooth and flavorful--a delight to the tastebuds. At another customer's suggestion, I ordered the Rashmi kabob sandwich. The flavor is wonderful and the unleavened bread (paratha) delicious. It left my tongue and lips tingling, so if you're sensitive to spicy food, this is not the right choice for you. I will 100% be back, and recommend you try Cupsnchai too!

My experience at CupsnChai was phenomenal! My colleague and I had met a client here for coffee and tea and it was such an inviting atmosphere. The staff was wonderful, came to check on us and was knowledgeable about their products. I ordered the cinnamon iced chai and the siracha chicken cheesy wrap. It was amazing!!! Such a cute place for photos as well!! Thank you!!!

I've visited Cups N Chai in Canton, MI multiple times, and it's always been a good experience. This cute cafe offers a wide variety of options, from drinks to snacks, sandwiches, and even pizzas. One of my favorites is the Pulled Chicken Melt – it’s amazingly delicious! I also tried some of their flatbread pizzas, which are very basic and I may not order them again. We tried dirty chai, masala chai, amore chai, Zafrani Chai and karak chai, I believe. Those milk-based teas did look like they had been cooking for a while, but anyway, we enjoyed them. Our top picks are The Sulaimani Chai and Zafrani Chai. The ambiance is nice with decent seating capacity, though it can get crowded depending on the time and day. One thing I would suggest is to train their employees to be more enthusiastic and customer-friendly, and bring their happy face to work. That’s very important when you’re in a business like this; customer service is very important. Overall, I've had good experiences here and will definitely go back. The prices are reasonable compared to other cafes in the area.
